This is the Unofficial Website of the Incorporated Society Of Registered Naturopaths (ISRN). The purpose of this website is to provide information about the Kingston Nature Cure movement, publications, events and in greater depth, the Nature Cure Files.

Nature Cure was developed during the lifetime of James C Thomson, particularly at Kingston, Edinburgh, a residential Clinic, between 1938 - 1988. With herbalism and homeopathy it became one of the first alternatives to medical practice and relies on an improved dietetary and a more robust approach to healthy activities such as walking and cycling as exercise. During 2005 and 2006, we published 5 files containing articles about Nature Cure (many of the contributors are graduates of the Kingston Clinic) and these are listed under the Files sections.

Also via the website we will publish information on upcoming events - we still organise the Kingston Fortnight at Boat of Garten which is a residential replica of the Kingston Clinic experience.

Finally, we list a series of printed publications to offer further resources on Nature Cure and related topics.

As with the Nature Files, the Nature Cure Kingston File website will evolve naturally and organically and become what we make it.
